Du Zi-Qiang杜自强

For over three decades, Master Du has devoted himself to a single craft: turning whole, top-grade cowhides into objects of daily luxury. His workshop is one of the very few in China able to produce crafts from the whole hide at industrial scale.三十余年来,杜自强大师专注一件事:把整张特级牛皮变成日用奢侈品。他的工坊是全国极少数能整张牛皮大批量制作的企业。

In 2015, German home-textile group MARITIM (Frankfurt) signed a US$2 million export agreement for his cowhide mats, slippers and leather rugs. Press coverage by Sichuan Daily, Guangming Photo, People's Photo and the Sichuan Provincial Government followed.2015 年,德国家纺企业法兰克福 MARITIM 与其签订 200 万美元牛皮席、皮拖鞋、皮地毯外销协议,四川日报、光明图片、人民图片、四川省政府网先后报道。
